PYNL's 5th Annual Holiday Happy Hour and Toy Drive,
Wednesday, December 13th!

'Tis the event of the season and here's the reason...

PYNL invites you to join us at our 5th Annual Holiday Happy Hour and Toy Drive. Snow or shine, come and join the festivities and please bring a new, unwrapped toy with you. This year's event will take place Wednesday, December 13th from 5pm to 7pm at Fado Irish Pub located at 15th and Locust Streets. Toys that are collected will be donated to Project Home - helping to make a brighter holiday season for the children in their shelters and residencies. Drink specials will be available. If you'd like more information about doing a toy drive in your office or other ways to get involved, e-mail Steven Fynes at stevenfynes@pccy.org or call 215-563-5848 x 11. Please join us for an exciting evening and a chance to bring a happier holiday to a child in this season of giving.

This Thursday! Leadership Lunch with Eric Fraint of Your Part-Time Controller
Join PYNL on Thursday, November 30th, for an informal brown bag lunch with Eric Fraint, Founder and President of Your Part-Time Controller

Eric Fraint, a Certified Public Accountant with a degree from The Wharton School of Business provides accounting and financial services to non-profit organizations through Your Part time Controller, a company he founded in 1993. Fraint has served hundreds of organizations throughout the region and is widely known as an accounting guru, with a special expertise and passion for the nonprofit sector. He sits on numerous nonprofit Boards and is an avid writer and educator on accounting best practices. Fraint also ran a wonderful session on finance and reporting at PYNL's Emerging Leaders Board Training Program.

Leadership Lunch with Nancy Burd of the Philadelphia Foundation

Lunch will be provided for free -- RSVP required.

Come spend an hour with one of the most intriguing and accomplished nonprofit leaders in Philadelphia, Nancy Burd.

Nancy will share with us the experiences, career moves, and decisions that have guided her career in nonprofits, finally landing her the position of Vice President of Grant Making at The Philadelphia Foundation, one of the region's largest foundations.
