Join PYNL for Philadelphia Cares Day!
This Saturday, October 21st, join PYNL members participating in Philadelphia Cares Day. This volunteer event brings together hundreds of Philadelphians to work for a day at schools and other venues across the city. All participants meet at the Mann Music Center (click for directions) at 8:30am for a complimentary breakfast, head out to the sites, and serve until 2:00pm, and return to the Mann for food, music, and more at 2:30pm. PYNL Workshop on Starting a Non-Profit Coming up in November
On November 15th, PYNL will bring together a panel of non-profit founders to lead a program on how to start a non-profit organization. Panelists will share their experience in building momentum and support for their initiatives and be available to answer questions. This event will take place at the Free Library and the slate of panelists will be announced shortly at www.pynl.org and in next month's newsletter.

PYNL Professional Development Committee is Looking for New Members
On Wednesday, October 18th, the Professional Development Committee will be holding a meeting and information session for current and prospective committee members. The meeting will take place from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at the offices of NPower PA at 1211 Chestnut Street, 4th Floor. To learn more about the PD Committee, click here, or email Anthony Pisapia.

The Sustainable Business Network of Greater Philadelphia is a nonprofit network of local "triple-bottom-line" businesses and social entrepreneurs.
