On April 28, 2008, LDC hosted its first Board Speed Dating event at Applebee's in Center City Philadelphia. Representatives of 11 different nonprofit organizations met with young professionals who are interested in serving on nonprofit boards. A survey sent to event participants indicates that the event was a success! We look forward hosting similar events in the future.
LDC continues to look for volunteers to help execute its programs. If you are interested in getting involved, please email the committee.
